We went to home to my parents' (Kristie) house for Christmas. Here we are on Christmas eve, and Alyssa wasn't sure what to think of everything. My sister and niece were able to join us also for the holidays. Alyssa loved all the attention. Too much I think. It was nice to be home for the holidays.
At first Alyssa didn't know what to do with her gifts. No worries. After she opened the first one and realized it was something for her, she wanted to open ALL the gifts herself.
Christmas was very special to us. They say if only to be a child at Christmas. It was so special to get a glimpse of that through Alyssa's eyes. God is so good!!!

Here Alyssa is sleeping after an early Christmas morning. She was so tired she fell asleep watching "Little Einsteins". Just so you know she does not just fall asleep anywhere. She is too busy to stay still unless she is in her crib or car seat. Also as you can see, she is snuggled up with one of her favorite gifts. Nana and Papa gave her this big and snuggly stuffed duck. Alyssa saw her first duck this past summer at Nana and Papa's. Alyssa has been in love with them ever since.
